The sea forecast was all over the place, so Saturday evening the decision was made to change our plans from fishing the Gulfstream for Sails to fishing some near shore ledges for Snapper and Grouper.
We left around the ramp around 6:45 AM and ran into a 2-4 foot tight chop. The boat handled it fine and we comfortably cruised at 35 knots to BB for bait. Got some of the smallest Cigar Minnows ever seen and head North to our spot. We caught all the Fat Sea Bass you could stand, 4-5 undersized Gag Groupers, Several Red Snappers, and had to wade through lots of Sharks. Over all a good trip and we are looking forward to the next trip.
