We had a Boat Load of Okies on the boat today! Fishing wasn't great, but we had a great time with friends and family in town from Oklahoma. We didn't leave the dock until 7 AM. We had a total crew of 7 on the boat as we headed to the ledge, had lines in at 140 feet by just after 8 am. We could NOT find the dolphin, we worked from 140 to 650 and back to 130. We worked at rip in 165 feet and by 1:30 only had 2 Dolphin to show for it. The Cudas were also pretty thick inside 150'. Since we had some first timers on the boat we decided to start hitting bottom spots on the way back in and ended up getting some small Flounder, Fat Beeliners, and a few Pinkies. Brian our resident Toad Fish Slayer; didn't dissappoint (see pic). No Monsters were caught, but lots of fun. We were back on the trailer about 6:15.
