Finally we got work and weather to line up and we headed 55 miles East to the Gulfstream.  We had great 2-3 foot seas for the first 30 miles, the last 25 miles were a little more sporty. We started the day in 150' of water working the huge schools of bait, many of the Saint Augustine fleet were in the same area chasing the Sailfish.  Our action was slow all day until about 1:30 PM when we hooked into and landed a mid 30's Wahoo.  We continued to work the same area for another hour and had 2 more strikes, one fish was hooked back up on a pefectly executed drop-back by Craig but he eventually pulled the hooks.  We did cap the day off with a sorry ol' cuda.  At that time we decided to head for the hill and hit we hit the dock around 5 PM.

The boat preformed perfectly and we had a great day on the water, not a lot of fish but definetely a lot of fun.

For future reference, the Sails were extremely thick and next year we plan to be targeting them.  Many boats in the are had 7-10 releases on Sunday.
